The form collects your name, company, mobile number, email, delivery address, landmark, GSTIN if you enter one, notes, and the part list.
Why it is collected
ToolBridge uses those details to prepare the quotation and to deliver the order. The delivery charge depends on the address.
How long a request is kept
A stored request is kept for 90 days, then dropped.
